MOBILE APPLICATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract to establish an agreement for the professional services of a mobile application developer to plan, create, and produce the official mobile application. The desired result will be the creation of an enhanced digital experience that brings the organization, its partners, and businesses to the mobile consumer. The primary theme is to welcome visitors to the organization's region, and its many tourism partners and businesses, in a unique, fun, and interactive way, while creating and enhancing awareness of the many elements of the area. The successful bidder must have proven experience in mobile application design, development, implementation, maintenance, and consideration for future needs and functionality.
