MINERAL AND ROAD BUILDING MATERIALS
The successful bidders shall be required to supply the County Public Works Agency with materials on an as needed basis to support Road Department and Flood Control District facilities maintenance programs. The contractor shall also accept asphalt spoils such as grindings, chunks of asphalt concrete, etc., with minimal geotextiles or dirt and Portland concrete with small amounts of rebar for recycling.
