Synopsis:
The WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract for monthly microbiological testing/monitoring, to include bacteria and fungi air sampling and analysis, bacteria and fungi surface swab sampling and analysis, bacteria glove-tip sample analysis, and media fill testing. This requirement is for a base period beginning March 3, 2018 and ending December 3, 2018 with the possibility of 4 additional option years to begin December 4, 2018 as listed in the Statement of Work within the solicitation.
Evaluation Criteria:
Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.
Laboratory accredited by American Industrial Hygiene Association
Past Performance
Technical Capabilities referencing similar services performed.
