MICR PRINTING EQUIPMENT AT REGIONAL TECHNOLOGY CENTER
RTC needs a Xerox printer solution (or equal) that will support VIPP forms for check legal size MICR printing on Xerox printers and normal letter size report printing. Non-Xerox offerings must provide the SCCOE with all necessary software, labor and support to ensure an effective and efficient interface with the SCCOEs existing QSS data processing system. The SCCOE is asking for pricing based on three methods of payment: 1.) 5 year equity lease; 2.) 5 year non-equity lease & ; 3.) Outright purchase. The SCCOE reserves the right to award the bid by either one of these payment methods.
