THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS EXPLOSIVE NAVAL ORDNANCE ITEMS, WHICH REQUIRE SPECIAL SECURITY, SAFETY AND TRANSPORTATION CLAUSES. THE CLAUSES MAY BE FOUND IN SECTION I.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: MH63 OR MJ17, INIT, SMDC TO GAS USED IN THE F-15 EAGLE. QUANTITY - 35 EACH. ITEM DESCRIPTION: MH66 OR MJ18, INIT, SMDC TO GAS USED IN THE F-15 EAGLE.
A SAFETY SURVEY WILL BE REQUIRED. EXPLOSIVE WEIGHT - 0.0015 TO 0.001572 LBS. EXPLOSIVE CLASS b 1.4C. PRODUCTION LOT TESTING, CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENT LISTS, AND FOB ORIGIN APPLY.

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
