MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATIONS & CONTINUING TREATMENT
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for qualified fully licensed outpatient mental health clinics in the State of New York, to be responsible for providing Mental Health Evaluations and Continuing Treatment Services to families involved with Department of Social Services through Child Protective Services, Preventive Family Services, Youth Services, and Adult Protective Services.
