Contractor to be responsible for the Coaching services in their respective areas of expertise at Haskell Indian Nations University, located in Lawrence, KS.
Contractor to provide services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work.
This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause)
All contractors submitting proposals must be registered in SAM as an ISBEE, in order to receive contract award pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7. To register or learn more about SAM, go to: http://www.sam.gov.
Contractors are required to qualify under NAICS code 611620 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation.
