REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
State of Maine - Judicial Branch
The State of Maine Judicial Branch seeks proposals for: MEJIS II Case Management System Developers.
The Maine Judicial Branch is re-developing the user interface and application server software for the Maine Judicial Information System (MEJIS). MEJIS is a statewide judicial case management system that tracks all court actions. MEJIS II will be developed and designed by the Administrative Office of the Courts Office of Information Technology (AOC).
Vendors who wish to participate in this project must pre-qualify by having a prequalification proposal accepted in response to this RFP.

Proposals will be publicly opened and the name of the bidders announced at the date, time and place specified above. No other information will be made public prior to the evaluation and contract award notification.
The Judicial Branch reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
