MEDICAL GAS AND CYLINDER RENTALS
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center (FMC Butner), intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Airgas. The service is to provide medical gas (bulk gas, liquid oxygen, tank fills as needed as well as rental of cylinders). This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only responsible source in this area and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code is 325120.
This is a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the performance the contract shall be from October 1, 2017, through September 30, 2018. To the best of our knowledge, Airgas is the only provider of this service. However any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give a written or fax notification to the Contracting Officer within
(5) days from the date of this published synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer, FCC Butner.
