The State DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION (TDOC), hereinafter referred to as the State, has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) with the intent to award a contract for administering physical examinations to all newly hired Correctional Officers, and Youth Service Officers while they undergo pre-service training.
