The Department of Mental Health, is requesting medical dictation software on an ASP (application service provider) for Napa State Hospital (NSH), 2100 Napa-Vallejo Hwy., Napa, CA, 94558. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, and every other item of expense to perform medical dictation services. Onshore contractor shall provide access to the Winscribe digital dictation system. NSH Health Information Management Department (HIMD) currently uses the following systems: Winscribe Voice, and Winscribe Net. NSH's transcription services use Microsoft Word 2003 for Windows: upgrades or changes in software may occur.
