MEDICAL APPOINTMENT NOTIFICATION SOFTWARE
The intent of these specifications is to convey to prospective vendors the general type and quality of an
IVR Based Medical Appointment Notification Software System as desired by the County and the County Health Department, WIC Division. Hardware for the system must be listed separately. Award will be based on Best Value. Best Value means more than low cost. It includes initial cost, service quality and other factors detailed herein.
