The Transportation Authority is seeking a qualified and experienced media-planning firm or individual to recommend media buys and negotiate rates for advertising authority services. The selected firm will work closely with the Customer Communications department to assess the annual advertising budget and create advertising buys for various ad campaigns to advance Metro products, services and brand. The selected firm will professionally represent Metro regarding advertising to all print, outdoor, broadcast, online and other community and multi-cultural media outlets; field all solicitations for advertising; research and analyze effectiveness of individual advertising outlets in delivering Metro�s message to its various target audiences.
