MDIA Facility Support Services
Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, sampling, and other items necessary to provide management and administration, facility investment, fire protection, generator system maintenance, UPS system maintenance, pest control, janitorial, refuse, street sweep/snow removal, and ground maintenance for the 800,000 square foot classified facility and surrounding ground area by means of a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract.
