This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a two-year award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous based on technical approach, experience and price. Successful offeror shall furnish qualified personnel, equipment, materials and facilities to perform, as detailed in the Exhibit "D" Scope of Work and Technical Specifications detailed in the solicitation all work necessary to execute the base and optional scopes of work as to collect and report on Material Disposal Area (MDA) Soil Vapor Sampling. Base scope vapor sampling at MDA-C and MDA-L within the Los Alamos National Laboratory footprint, along with optional sampling, to be optioned at the Contractors request; at MDA-G, MDA-H, MDA-T and/or MDA-A. Base scope reporting to include MDA-C and MDA-L Field Summary Reports (FSR) and Annual Periodic Monitoring Reports (PMR). Any optional scope items requested will also require FSR and PMR. Sampling locations are throughout LANL workspaces, all areas are accessible by un-cleared personnel. Base scope monitoring points at MDA-C are accessed via 18 monitoring wells that include 79 sampling ports. Monitoring points at MDA-L are accessed via six monitoring wells with 32 ports. Optional scope monitoring is detailed within the Exhibit "D" Scope of Work and Technical Specifications
