The Contractor shall furnish transportation services for Government-owned freight listed in Appendixes by the Contractor's transportation assets from Yokota Air Base (YAB) and Japan Air Self Defense Forces (JASDF) Komatsu Air Base (AB) or JASDF Komaki AB to U.S. Army Japan, Kyogamisaki Communications Site as set forth in this PWS and in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices.

Offerors may respond to the subject solicitation via email or fax, prior to 23 Jun 14, 1400hours. Respond to this solicitation by email or fax is subject to the same rules as a response via postal mail or hand-carry. The number of receiving facsimile equipment is 042-551-0973 from inside Japan / 81 (country code)-42-551-0973 from outside Japan. The Government reserves the right to make award solely on the email proposal. However, if requested to do so by the Contracting Officer, the apparently successful offeror promptly shall submit the complete original signed offer.
NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
