Description: This project is for the rehabilitation and resurfacing of a portion of MD 51 (Dual). Beginning at the Intersection of MD 51 (Industrial Blvd.) and Virginia Ave. and extending in an Easterly direction to Pennsylvania Ave. for a total distance of 0.30 miles.
The work will consist of the following: Full Depth Pavement Reconstruction, Carbide Grinding and Resurfacing, Drainage Structure Reconstruction, 5 Inch Concrete Sidewalk Installation, Sidewalk Ramp and Detectable Warning Surface Installation, Curb and Gutter Installation to Provide Depressed Curb for ADA Ramps, and Application of Reflective Pavement Markings and Signal Upgrades
