Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor
The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) NCO 12, on behalf of the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, 820 South Damen Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612-3728, is seeking a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor. The Instructor will provide Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction services to Veterans for approximately eight (8) hours per week for a one-year contract at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center.
Services shall be provided by an individual who has been trained as a Certified MBSR Instructor and/or has a minimum of 5 years experience in teaching MBSR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) or Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP). Interested Small Businesses are required to submit a capability statement that includes: resume/CV (to include a reference that has witnessed these services) and proof of professional/liability insurance.
The relative North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611699 (All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction) with a size standard of $11.0 million.
VOSBs and SDVOSBs are required to be registered and verified in VIP for consideration.
