MAXIMO Implementation and Training Services
KU Facilities Operations presently uses IBM/MAXIMO 5.2 with version 2.0 Transportation to manage its
work orders, inventory, purchasing, and customer billing. KU is seeking bids from qualified MAXIMO
training and implementation companies for a one-year, renewable contract to assist with migration to
MAXIMO 7.1. The request will also cover future projects after the cutover to version 7.1. Work will include a
mix of on-site training, programming and coding that could be accomplished from the companys office.
KUFO has 60 MAXIMO users and wrote 15,700 work orders in FY2008.
