MASTER CUSTODY SERVICES AND SECURITIES LENDING
The Missouri State Treasurers Office (STO) is accepting written proposals from qualified
financial institutions to serve as its master investment custodian and/or securities lending
Contractor for the State of Missouri (State). The STO maintains and oversees the investment
of state monies. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select either one
contractor (hereafter referred to as Contractor) to provide both custodial services and
securities lending or a combination of a custodial bank and separate third-party securities
lending agent. Bidders may choose to submit a stand-alone proposal for custodial banking
services, a stand-alone proposal for securities lending services or combined custodial
banking and securities lending services. The term of the awarded contract(s) shall be for a
four-year period commencing October 1, 2008, and ending September 30, 2012 with a oneyear
option available to the STO at the STOs discretion.
