Placer County (County) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Master Architect Professional Services (MA) for the new Animal Shelter Facility to be located on Phillip Road in Roseville, California. The new facility will provide animal control and sheltering for south Placer County, the City of Roseville, the City of Rocklin and the City of Lincoln.
