Destination with delivery to Fort Bliss, TX 79916-5801. Required delivery days is 270 days after award. This item is restricted to Raytheon Company (CAGE: 05716) and General Products, LLC. (CAGE: 9G394), because adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Agency if the source is prequalified for this requirement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date or release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
