Description
This project includes the exterior painting of three (3) buildings at the Martin Creek Guard Station. The buildings include an office/residence, barn, and outhouse (see attached pictures). Prior to painting, the buildings will undergo lead paint abatement leaving the structures with a high perentage of bare wood. The wood siding, trim, windows, and doors will need priming and painting as defined in these specifications. The project is located in the Santa Rosa Ranger District, Humboldt County, Nevada.
The solicitation will result in a single award contract. The North American Industry System code is 238320 and the small business size standard is $14.0 Million. This acquisition is a competitive small business set-aside.

The solicitation will be issued in approximately today via the Fed Biz Opps website at https://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments will be posted on FBO as well. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will not be mailed and no telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
