Sources Sought Notice
The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the following requirements:
MARS ACDF Retractor System
MARS 3V Minimal Access Retractor System
Assorted Blades
The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113.
There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
If you would like to submit a capability statement, please provide the following documentation:
1. Organization contact information, DUNS number, any applicable GSA/VA/FSS Contract information, and Business Size.
2. Letter of Authorization that confirms the company/employees are manufacturer authorized resellers/ distributors and installers of the items.
Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, this requirement may be Sole-Source, Set-Aside for Small Businesses, or procured through Full and Open Competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their capability submissions.
