MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT RETREATS FOR COMMANDER NAVY REGION SOUTHWEST 2ND BATTALION, 4TH MARINES SAN DIEGO
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement. This notice is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). The Government is performing market research in order to determine if small businesses possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Respondents need to indicate all small business designations. Based upon small business responses received, consideration will be given to defining what part of the acquisition, if any; will be set-aside for small business competition.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
The contractor shall provide meeting and lodging spaces conducive to each Marriage Enrichment Retreat (MER) according to the minimum requirements of the government.
The venue shall be conducive for conducting mission essential weekend retreats for 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines San Diego, California personnel and family members.
The required non-personal services includes, but not limited to, providing all management, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide lodging for conference attendees, dining facilities, meals, conference room, projector with screen and sound system.
The work will be accomplished under a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
The contract term will be a base period with no option periods. The NAICS code is 721110, Hotels (Casino Hotels) and Motels
Interested contractors are to submit the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address; DUNS, and information regarding your companybs experience in providing lodging facilities, dining facilities, meals, and conference rooms as the prime contractor in the last three years identifying: contracting agency, contract number, title, place of performance, years of performance, and value of contract per year.
Submission is limited to two pages.
