MARKETING AND OUTREACH SERVICES FOR THE HIGH-EFFICIENCY TOILET DIRECT-INSTALL PROGRAM FOR MULTI-FAMILY UNITS
Central Basin is requesting proposals to provide marketing and outreach support for a
High-Efficiency Toilet (HET) direct-install program for a period of two (2) years. Central
Basin would like to select an established and qualified conservation contractor to
perform specific duties that include the placement of print materials, stakeholder
outreach, conference planning and implementation, special event participation an online
outreach to multi-family property owners.
One contractor will be chosen to lead the management of the outreach program. This
contractor may subcontract with a marketing specialist, as needed, as long as the
District is notified and the lead contractor accepts responsibility of all work conducted for
the program. The specifics of the program are described in the Scope of Work.
