This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to solicit proposals from firms capable of
meeting the specifications associated with printing, marketing, and delivering the Official
Practice Tests and associated materials. The contract will run for three years, effective
January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2010.
This RFP is divided into three sections. A firm may bid on one or more of the sections.
Firms that submit proposals on more than one section must provide separate financial
proposals for each section, but if they so choose, can also submit a comprehensive
financial proposal to reflect bundled services and economies of scale.
