MARKETING AND AUCTIONING SERVICES RELATING TO THE SALE OF THE CITYS REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS
The intent of this Request for Proposals is for the City to enter into a contract with a qualified entity for marketing and auctioning services to facilitate the sale of the Citys Charter School Facility and Real Property, comprised of approximately _1.79 acres with a school facility and gymnasium of approximately 76,434 square feet (the Property).
