MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES
The York County Transportation Authority, herein referred to as rabbittransit, is seeking to contract the services of a qualified firm engaged in marketing and public relations services including, but not limited to: (1) development of advertising campaigns; (2) graphic design of collateral materials including brochures, route maps and schedules; (3) media deployment strategy and execution; (4) market research as necessary; (5) public relations assistance as needed, and (6) design and execution of innovative marketing strategies such as web page design, interactive displays, etc. The contract term will be for three (3) years with the option of two (2) one-year renewals. One unbound original and four (4) copies of the proposal are due at the offices of rabbittransit no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2007. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted at the office of rabbittransit on Monday, November 12, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Proposals will be evaluated, and a contract award made, based on the following criteria listed: (1) Responsiveness of Written Proposals to requirements of RFP; (2) Qualifications and Experience of Firm; (3) Qualifications and Experience of Personnel assigned to Project; (4) Price.
