MARC 350 A Service

 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure services to repair a MARC 350A LPAP.  The MARC Services are being procured on a sole source basis from RIX Industries of Benicia, CA. 

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
