MANET Systems
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to solicit and negotiatea Basic Ordering Agreement Order with Persistentt Systems, LLC. In accordance with the original synopsis N68335-14-R-0236, it is an announcement that the Government intends to order up to a quantity of (938) MANET systems and associated accessories for system maintenance.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS ANS NO COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
GENERAL INFORMATION: Persistent Systems, LLC is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the MANET system, and is the only known qualified, responsible source that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technial data required to fulfill the requirements specified.
