The City invites the submission of qualifications and Cost Proposals ("Proposals" or
“Responses”) for the Management of Public Parking and Ground Transportation Facilities
for the Airport. The intent of the RFP is to identify
qualified Respondents to provide the Services at the Airport as
described in greater detail in the Scope of Services, attached hereto as Exhibit 1 (the
