The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and contract with a vendor that will provide
Management Reporting Software and Services (MRSS) for financial administration in the School of Medicine
(SOM) at the University of Louisville (UofL). The vendor selected will provide a low cost, effective solution
implemented in the immediate-term for the EVPHA and Deans Offices (estimated: six users). Individual
departments in the SOM may also be interested in pursuing a similar solution at a later time, and the eventual
vendor will demonstrate the ability to scale the solution to other, similar units of UofL.
