SYNOPSIS:
The Veterans Affairs Mid-South Healthcare Network (VISN-9), Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO-9), and the Robley Rex VA Medical Center intend to issue a solicitation for American College of Radiology accredited Mammography Services located within 30-mile radius of the Robley Rex VA Medical Center. The Robley Rex VA Medical Center is located at 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky 40206.
The contract will be a firm-fixed-price percentage of applicable CPT Codes for facility, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The base period of performance is October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015, with four (4) one (1) year options. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be an unrestricted, full and open solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Release of this solicitation is scheduled on or about July 25, 2014. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted to the FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov). It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review the Federal Businesses Opportunity Website for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION AND/OR AMENDMENTS WILL BE MAILED. Inquires about the solicitation will not be responded to until the solicitation has been released.
