MALI - The purpose of the RFQ is to invite prospective Offerors to submit quotations for supplying Printed Materials. The printed materials will accompany the core package of pedagogical reading materials that the USAID/Mali SIRA project will use to improve the teaching-learning of reading in grade 2. All materials must be delivered by the Selected Offeror(s) in accordance with section 4.1.2 Delivery Schedule and Location to:

56 District Education Offices (Centre d'Animation Pedagogique - CAPs) in the Koulikoro, Sgou and Sikasso regions of Mali, the District of Bamako and the EDC SIRA office in Bamako or directly to individual schools as indicated in Annex K: "List of schools and number of materials to be distributed per school."
