MAINTENANCE SERVICE
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Procurement Operations (OPO), intends to enter into negotiations on a sole sourced basis with COMET Technologies USA, Inc., 5675 Hudson Industrial Parkway, Hudson, OH 44236. This will result in a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract. The contractor will provide a 4-year YXLON Servicepass BASIC PM for the YXLON MG 450 X-RAY System. The proposed contract action is for preventative maintenance which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be received no later than 12:00pm, EST, March 25, 2018.
