This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12.6 using Commercial Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation is attached.
The solicitation number is W912PF-15-T-0026 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220
The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to purchase the following services: Maintenance and repair of dehumidification systems, Camp Darby , Tirrenia (Pisa)
Period of Performance: 01 February 2015- 31 July 2015

Site Visit: The site visit will be held on 07 January 2015, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. Meet at: Gate 27, Depot Area, Darby Military Community; Livorno, Italy.

Only the persons who have provided the personal data will be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the Base.
Offer Due Date: All proposals must be submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00, Rome) on January 14, 2015. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All proposals shall be submitted in English and include the company point of contact, phone number, and email address.
Proposal Copies - One (1) paper and one (1) electronic (CD-R or DVD-R) copy of the proposal shall be submitted. This includes one original dated offer signed by an official fully authorized to bind the offeror. The CD-ROM or DVD shall be quote mark Read Only quote mark and all documents shall be submitted in Microsoft Office (version 2007 compatible) formats or Adobe Acrobat (PDF). No e-mail submissions will be accepted.

The price should be submitted in EURO without IVA. The United States government is exempt from payment of Imposta Valore Aggiunto (IVA) tax in accordance with DFAR 252.229-7003, Tax Exemptions, and with Article 72 of the Italian IVA implementing Decree Law 633, dated October 26, 1972.
