This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336412 and the size standard is 1,500 employees.


The FUEL CONTROL, MAIN, (HMA) is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). There is no adequate Depot Maintenance Work Requirement available to support the overhaul of the FUEL CONTROL, MAIN, (HMA). This item is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) overhaul and can only be performed by the approved sources. This is a commercial item. Currently the only known approved sources for the overhaul of the FUEL CONTROL, MAIN, (HMA), are Honeywell Intl Inc. (CAGE Code: 99193) and Triumph Engine Control Systems, LLC (CAGE Code: 11599). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures.
