This is a pre-solicitation/solicitation for the repair of hatchery houses at Magic Valley Fish Hatchery, 2036 River Road, Filer, Idaho, 83328. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Portland Oregon intends to award a fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The scope of work includes: a. Temporarily detach gutters, downspouts, outside light fixtures, wiring, satellite dishes, and deck ledger boards on houses. b. Demo existing trim, vertical siding, flashings, weather barriers, soffit, soffit screens, gable vents, and fascia on Houses. c. Construct new weather barrier, flashings, horizontal steel lap siding, trim, soffit, soffit screens, gable vents, and fascia on Houses. d. Re-attach gutters, downspouts, outside light fixtures, wiring, satellite dishes, and deck ledger boards on houses.
