For this requirement the Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all work in accordance with the specifications of the Statement of Work (18 Dec 18). Work includes both the installation and/or replacement of: ceramic tile, cove base, patching floor, carpet tile and providing labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the installation or replacement of flooring materials.
