MACSQuaint Analyzer 16
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Infectious and Respiratory Disease (NCIRD), intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase order to Miltenyi Biotec, Inc, Auburn, CA to procured a brand name requirements for MACSQuant Analyzer 16. CDC lab requires a bench top sized format and a unit with 16 parameters. This instrument is equipped with a color-coded LED warning status within the fluid container holders to inform the user when buffers need to be exchanged or removed. These buffers can be easily replaced during sample acquisition, avoiding unnecessary experiment disruption.
This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), SAP and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government shall consider all responses received within six (6) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the CDC not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
