This announcement is seeking information from the industry for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses.
Interested parties responding to this Sources Sought Notice shall submit the following information at a minimum: (1) company name, address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number; (2) documentation relating to technical capability to conform to the Statement of Requirement; and (3) socio-economic status to identify business as being a SDVOSB, VOSB, SB, Woman Owned, Other than Small Business, etc.
Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to [email protected] no later than May 22, 2014, 10:00 AM EDT. Please be advised that the Government will not pay any costs for responses and information submitted.
Statement of Requirement
The Marion, Illinois VAMC requires the procurement of 1-Bronchoscope Video Tower which includes (1-Bronchoscope Workstation, 1-Bronchoscope Video Processor, 1- Bronchoscope Light Source, 1- Printer, 1-LCD Monitor, 1-12' BNC Cable), 1-Diagnostic Video Bronchoscope, and 1-Therapeutic Video Bronchoscope. Must be steam sterilized which eliminates the use of toxic Ethylene Oxide (EtO) gas. This notice uses a Brand Name which will work with existing equipment that has already been purchased and is currently in use at the station.
Bronchoscope Workstation - Must be compatible with all other components on this notice.
EVIS EXERA III Bronchoscope Video Processor - Must be compatible with all other components on this notice.
EVIS EXERA III Light Source - Must be compatible with all other components on this notice.
Printer-High Definition - Must be compatible with all other components on this notice.
Monitor-26" High Definition, LCD - Must be compatible with all other components on this notice.
12' BNC Cable - Must be compatible with all other components on this notice.
EVIS EXERA III Diagnostic Video Bronchoscope - High Definition with Insertion Tube Rotary Function, 5.1 mm diameter, 2.0 mm channel, 120 degree field of view, 60 cm working length and angulation range of 210/130 degrees Up/Down. All standard accessories included. Must be able to be steam sterilized. Must be compatible with all other components on this notice.
EVIS EXERA III Therapeutic Video Bronchoscope - High Definition with Insertion Tube Rotary Function, 6.0 mm diameter, 2.8 mm channel, 120 degree field of view, 60 cm working length and angulation range of 180/130 degrees Up/Down. All standard accessories included. Must be able to be steam sterilized. Must be compatible with all other components on this notice.
