The Massachusetts Army National Guard is conducting Market Research to determine interest and capability to perform the services described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Interested and capable firms can respond to this Sources Sought notice with the following information:
1. A statement expressing interest ("Our firm is interested and capable" will suffice);
2. A statement regarding your firm's SBA Small Business Socio-economic classification (such as women-owned small business, HUBZone Small business, etc); and
3. A statement regarding your firm's CAGE code and/or DUNS number.
If it is determined that a small business set-aside is appropriate to any following acquisition, Limitations on Subcontracting IAW FAR Clause 52.219-14 (deviation 2019-O0003) will apply.
Service Contract Labor Standards IAW FAR 52.222-41 will apply to any resulting solicitation/contract.
If it is determined that there is sufficient interest in this requirement, a solicitation may follow in accordance with regulatory requirements.
