In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the construction magnitude of this project is
estimated between $300,000.00 to $600,000.00.
NAICS: 237310 SIZE STANDARD: $36.5M TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE
The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles,
tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to crack and
fog seal roads and parking areas at the Lynx Lake Recreation Area, with option items
for additional pavement repairs, erosion control, and pulverizing and paving Lynx
Lake North Shore road and parking area. All work shall be in accordance with the
plans and specifications contained herein.
