Lung Cancer Screening Program
Network Contracting Office 10 hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C25019Q0854 for the creation, hosting, and maintenance of a web-based Lung CT Data Collection Program for John D. Dingell VAMC. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation and insurance for this requirement. Anticipated award date is June 3, 2019 for a period of five years. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation.
