Network Contracting Office 10 hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C25019Q0854 for the creation, hosting, and maintenance of a web-based Lung CT Data Collection Program for John D. Dingell VAMC. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation and insurance for this requirement. Anticipated award date is June 3, 2019 for a period of five years. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking www.fbo.gov for any solicitation amendments that may be issued during the offer period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511. The size standard is $27.5 million.
