Term of Contract: Date of Award through January 31,2011
(with four (4) additional optional one (1)-year renewal periods).
The contract requires a minimum of monthly site visits to inspect product quality, operation of loaned
equipment, and to restock products as needed. Supplier will fill all tanks and transfer product from drum to
other sources to the bulk tanks.
