This is intended to be a service contract to create riparian habitat within the Tucannon and Alkali Habitat Management Unit (HMU on the Lower Snake River. The work involves planting of various species of trees and shrubs, and establishing the plants for one year to maintain an 80% survival rate at the end of the contract.
The NAICS code for this requirement is 561730 with a size category of 7.0 Million dollars. The intent is to identify Small businesses; large businesses are also encouraged to respond.
