CCDC Armaments Center NETMP has a requirement for information for military and broadcast video/audio handling systems. The equipment will be used in support with the CCDC Armaments Center NETMP broadcast solutions, especially as it applies to the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology First Responders Training Exercises.
The Government is looking to identify sources for tactical Multiple-In Multiple-Out [MIMO] radio systems currently in use in the broadcast video industry. The requirement also includes information on equipment warranty, end user training, and equipment technical support where applicable.
The Government is seeking sources to provide broadcast video radio communication systems that can meet the following project requirements:

Bi-directional data connectivity
Zero latency camera control with full feedback to RCP
Return video back to camera and teleprompter connectivity
Bi-directional voice communications
Reliable and consistence connection in GPS-occluded environments
Non-line-of-sight coverage
Compatible with any HD/SDI, 3G-SDI, 4K, or any IP streaming camera
Bi-directional wideband connectivity to support camera control/shading/painting, voice communications, telemetry data
Operational in both licensed (BAS/AFTRCC) and unlicensed frequency bands
Extendable coverage area through use of repeater units
Multiple cameras operational on the same frequency/mesh
Extremely low end-to-end latency (avg. 7ms per hop)
HEVC encoding with support for resolutions up to 4K
AES128/256 encryption
IP67 construction
Up to 4 Watts of output power
Embedded network management GUI with advanced tools and diagnostics
Self-healing/self-forming mesh
Single frequency Time Division Duplexing (TDD)Up to 380 modes in a single network
All topologies supported including star, hub/spoke, series/relay, fixed backbone infrastructure, and hybrid


The equipment shall be new and covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. No remanufactured or "gray market" items will be accepted.
