THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of item(s) listed below.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals/quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds.

Requirement Overview: 

Four (4) passenger Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) - 9 EA

Two (2) passenger Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) - 6 EA



OFFERS WILL BE EVALUATED AGAINST THE BELOW TECHNICAL CRITERIA AND MUST MEET EACH OF THESE REQUIREMENTS:

•A.     Quantity required = (9) nine each

•B.      Maximum speed 25 mph

•C.      No more than a maximum gross vehicle weight rating of 3,000 pounds

•D.      Headlamps

•E.       Stop Lamps

•F.      Turn-signal lamps

•G.      Reflex reflectors

•H.     Parking brakes

•I.        Center mounted rear view mirror

•J.        Windshield

•K.      Seatbelts

•L.       Vehicle Identification number (VIN)

•M.     Street (hard surface) tires

•N.      Steel enclosed cabs constructed of O.E.M. parts/components

•O.      Digital fuel injection

•P.       Gasoline engine

•Q.      Strobe lights (yellow/amber) affixed to top of cab

•R.      Cab heaters

•S.       Installed hitch receiver

•T.       Tow capacity of 1,200 lbs

•U.      Cargo Bed, minimum size 45"L x 50" W, Load capacity 500lbs

•V.     All accessories must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.) accessories except for the turn signal option, center mounted rear view mirror, hard surface tires, strobe light and trailer hitch.

•W.  One (1) complete set of service manuals per LSV

60 days after date of contract (ADC)
