Low Income Energy Training
The Minnesota Department of Commerce Office of Energy Security (OES) requests proposals from eligible applicants for the Low Income Energy Training - ARRA Grant Program. Funding is provided by the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 and authorized by Laws of Minnesota 2009, Chapter 138, Article 5, Section 1 for up to $700,000. Grants will be awarded competitively to successful respondents in two activity categories: Small Grants up to $25,000 and Large Grants of $25,001 - $100,000. All grants will be conducted between March 2011 and February 2012.
